If you've had hail or high wind in your area, to determine if the shingles have been damaged a close inspection of the shingles has to be made from the roof. Usually you cannot tell from the ground. Additionally many items in your property could be damaged, only our trained professional property inspectors will be able to tell what type of damage your property has acquired.

Does a hail damaged roof need to be replaced right away?
Hail damage may not pose an immediate threat to the structural integrity of the roof but with time it will lead to many associated problems such as leaking.
Will filing a claim cost money?
Simply no. The insurance company is paying for your restoration. Your only cost is your deductible.
Do you need an estimate from the contractor?
No, a contractor that is ready to give you an estimate on your insurance restoration job does not understand the insurance industry. The insurance company is paying for the repairs to your home and they set the price.
What happens if there is damage to the property and the insurance company is denying payment?
Big City Construction will review your insurance estimate and compare it to what is actually damaged on your property. If there are changes to be made we will submit photographs and claim supplements.
